For Malena, the world of real estate was a natural transition. Inspired by her mother’s experience of 40 years in the real estate market, closing deals and bringing happiness to her clients, Malena developed a passion for helping families find their dream homes. Malena has built a career that combines professionalism with a warm and personal approach. Her philosophy in real estate is based on the belief that this industry is always more about people than properties. Malena takes the time to truly listen to her clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the entire process. Her clients trust that she will always go the extra mile, knowing they have someone who is not just an agent but a true guardian of their interests.

Malena has had the opportunity to live in various countries, such as Venezuela, Italy, and Japan. These international and multicultural experiences have sharpened her adaptability and cultivated a deep appreciation and understanding of diverse perspectives. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Malena easily connects with a wide range of clients, making them feel comfortable from the very first moment. Her 10 years in Japan also instilled in her a strong sense of punctuality, respect, and attention to detail, qualities she applies in every transaction.

For more than 15 years, Malena has called Los Angeles home, where she lives with her husband, two children, and three dogs in Redondo Beach. Her deep connection to the community goes beyond her work, as she actively volunteers at her children’s school and supports local charitable organizations. She's your local Real Estate agent!
