I have a true passion for guiding older adults and their families through life’s important transitions. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and local South Bay expert, I understand the unique challenges that come with downsizing, relocating, estate planning, or preparing a home to “age in place.”
Having lived and worked across different cultures — from Japan to Europe to right here in Los Angeles — I bring not only knowledge and resources, but also empathy and perspective to every client I serve. For many of my senior clients, these moves aren’t just about real estate; they’re about family, legacy, and peace of mind.
Whether you’re an empty nester looking to simplify, newly retired and searching for your next dream home, or navigating the complexities of probate or trust sales, I’m here as your advisor and advocate. With my network of trusted professionals I provide a complete support system so you never have to feel alone in the process.
Most of all, I believe every client deserves patience, understanding, and options. Let’s sit down together, talk through your goals, and create a plan that makes your next move feel both manageable and meaningful.
A Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) is a REALTOR® who is uniquely qualified to assist seniors in housing sales and purchases.
The SRES® designation is awarded only to REALTORS® who have completed a series of educational courses on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. They also draw upon the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as estate planners, CPAs, and eldercare lawyers, and are familiar with local community resources and services. Their mission is to help seniors and their families navigate the complex financial, legal, and emotional issues that accompany the sale of their home.
When you or a loved one is considering a move later in life, it’s about much more than buying or selling a home — it’s about making the right decision for the next stage of life.
As an SRES®, I offer:
Knowledge, experience, and compassion in addressing the unique issues seniors face.
A commitment to always put your best interests first.
Guidance on all housing alternatives — including options that allow you or a parent to remain safely at home instead of selling.
A no-pressure, service-oriented approach designed to give you peace of mind.
The patience to take the time you need to feel comfortable with every step of the process.
Sensitivity to the emotional challenges of selling a longtime family home, with strategies to make it easier.
Customized marketing plans tailored to senior clients, ensuring your home is presented with care and professionalism.
The ability to communicate seamlessly with seniors, adult children, and caregivers, making the process smooth for the whole family.
Knowledge of local senior housing and support services that may be valuable to you.
A strong network of senior-focused professionals — from estate planners and financial advisors to movers and elder law attorneys — to support you through every detail.
